Each 4-hour training session goes far deeper than the weekly practice labs, giving you space to explore, refine, and initiate permanent change in how your body moves, breathes, and responds.

 

The rest of the Core Training Program package is designed to help lock-in and deepen these changes, so they become yours for life.

A hero's journey
 

Over five core training sessions, you’ll go on a Reflexive Strength "hero's journey" through all 5 core sequences:
 

  1. Core sequence 1 — Passion & Power — Lower Back
    Awaken the lower back, hips, and core; release tension, free up and realign your pelvis and lumbar spine; and reconnect and strengthen your reflexive core.
     

  2. Core sequence 2 — Opening the Heart — Upper Back
    Free your upper spine and shoulder girdle; increase mobility and upper-body vitality.
     

  3. Core sequence 3 — Awaken Your Fire — Breath
    Expand your breathing capacity and thoracic power; release blockages and ignite stamina and endurance.
     

  4. Core sequence 4 — Poise & Power — Posture
    Refine posture, balance, and alignment; integrate spinal strength for effortless movement.
     

  5. Core sequence 5 — Flow & Grace — Integration
    Harmonise spine, body, and breath with fluid, coordinated movement; unlock playful expression, confidence, and seamless integration of breath and motion.
     

Each training session follows the same reflexive strength protocol described in the About page (Assess → Release → Reshape → Mobilise → Stabilise → Reassess), but extended and deepened over 4 hours to maximise release, reflexive strength activation, and integration.​​​

What’s included?
 

  • 5 x 4-hour core training sessions — in-depth practice sessions, as described above.
     

  • 4 x 30-min fine-tune sessions — one-to-one private coaching, polishing your technique and effectiveness, normally taken online between each workshop.
     

  • Full vault access — comprehensive exercise video guides and practice resources, unlocked after each workshop to support revision, home practice, and/or effective catch-up, if you miss any workshops. Full vault access is granted for 1-2 years, including the whole of the calendar year which starts after the end of your training program — after which it can be renewed.   • Full props pack — all the tools you need to practice safely and effectively in workshops, at home, and on the move. Visit the vault for full details.

The times and dates for the 2026 Spring/Summer Core Training Program are:
​

Saturday mornings, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Doors open 9:15
 

  • 14 March

  • 11 April

  • 9 May

  • 6 June

  • 4 July

​

This time round, every training session is exactly 4 weeks after the previous one.

Training sessions are 4 hours long, including a snack break, to ensure that all participants get a full and deep transmission of each core sequence.

​

Please aim to arrive between 9:15 and 9:25 am so you can register, settle, and get the most benefit from each session.​​

Pricing
 

The Spring/Summer 2026 Core Training Program has been priced keenly, to encourage early adopters wanting to explore this new practice while it is still maturing. Prices next time round will be higher to reflect the deepening evolution of the Method.

​

  • Program price: £480 includes 5 x training sessions, 4 x fine-tune sessions, props pack & vault access.​​

​

Deposit & instalment options​

​​​

  • Refundable deposit: Reserve your place for £100.

  • Remaining balance: The balance of £380 can either be paid-in-full before the first workshop, or spread over four (4) equal instalments of £95, payable before each of the first four (4) workshops.

Cancellation and refund policy​​​

​

  • Before the first training session:
    Full refund of any amounts paid, minus the value of any props already provided.
     

  • After any training session:
    Future instalments are cancelled (or the same instalment amounts are refunded if you have already paid in full). The value of any props not yet handed out is also refunded.
     

This policy is designed so everyone is treated equally, whether paying in full or by instalments.
